What to Expect
1. Discovery Call
When you book a Discovery Call, you will be provided with a Zoom video link so that we can meet to learn more about your business needs, goals, and pain points. We will start the call by asking you a few questions to see if we are the best fit for your business. If so, we will share more about our services, packages, and how we can support you.
2. Proposal & Invoice
If we agree that we’re the right fit for each other, you will receive a proposal agreement within 3-5 business days. The proposal will include our services, package(s), and pricing. We may also include an initial invoice in the proposal, which will cover the first month of services if you decide to proceed. This invoice will be due prior to the start of services.
3. Onboarding
Once we receive your signed proposal and initial payment, we will schedule an initial onboarding call. We will gather all the necessary information to get started like login credentials and access to relevant tools, to ensure a smooth transition. During this step, we will also discuss project timelines, expectations, and standard operating procedures.
4. We Get to Work (So You Don’t Have To…)
Once we have completed the onboarding process, we will start working on your projects. We will keep you updated so that you know that we are making progress. In addition, we will schedule a regular standing meeting to discuss project status, upcoming tasks, and any new developments. This regular meeting will ensure that VOS is aligned with your business needs and goals and will provide an opportunity for us to address any of your questions or concerns.
